RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF USERS

1. At MeatCenter users can place only ads containing information about meat/poultry production for sale.
2. It's not allowed to place duplicate, false or inopportune ads.
3. The user is obliged not to use MeatCenter system for posting information instigating ethnic, racial, religious, social or sexual hatred; disseminating, propagating or advertising pornography, sexual services, sexual perversions and narcotic or psychotropic substances or other information contravening legal acts. It is prohibited to disseminate information defaming or offending a human being, derogating his honour and dignity.
4. Users must provide correct information about themselves.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF MeatCenter

1. MeatCenter is obliged to keep all secret user information in secrecy and not transfer it to third parties, except for cases provided in the law of the Europe Union.
2. Service provider shall not assume any responsibility for the damage, you or any third part can suffer as a result of the accuracy or appropriateness of the information contained in MeatCenter
3. MeatCenter.eu may change the tariffs of the service or payment terms upon prior notification provided to MeatCenter. Information on changes is published on http://www.meatcenter.eu
4. MeatCenter may deactivate the user account if it has not been used longer than 3 months. MeatCenter shall have the right to deactivate the user account or suspend provision of services if the user defaults on payment for services provided.
5. MeatCenter must inform the subscriber on the expiring payment in electronic messages. If users connect to the account and their payment has expired, they will be informed how to extend their payment.
6. MeatCenter shall have the right to terminate provision of services to the user if he/she fails to follow the rules for use.
7. MeatCenter shall have the right to inform registered users about changes and events by electronic message.
