Market FAQ's
How to startIf you want view ads, you don't need registration. Just browse or use search for viewing ads. If you want add your own ads, you have to register.
How to registerTo register follow this procedure: - Click "Create an account" link at the left.
- Enter your information. You must fill all fields that are required.
- Select "Accept Terms and Conditions". You should read this first.
- Click"Send registration" button. The e-mail is sent to your e-mail box.
- Check your e-mail box. You should find a letter from MeatCenter. Click on activation link, provided in this letter.
- Thats all, you're registered.
How to create a new adTo create a new ad, you have to: - Log into system.
- Then you're logged, press "New Ad" link from User Menu. Ad write form will open for you.
- Select ad category.
- Add ad information. Note: some fields are required, some optional. Contacts information is read-only.
- Press "Save"
How to update an adTo update an ad, you have to: - Log into system.
- Then you're logged, press "My ads" link from User Menu. You should see all your ads.
- Press the "update" link from Ad column in the row of ad, you want to update. Ad update form will be opened for you.
- Make your changes and press "Save".
How to delete an adTo delete an ad, you have to: - Log into system.
- Then you're logged, press "My ads" link from User Menu. You should see all your ads.
- Press the "delete" link from Ad column in the row of ad, you want to delete. You will be asked if you really want to delete.
- Confirm (press "Yes") to delete.
How to inform your customers about current proposals (ads)To inform your customers about your ads, link to user ads is used. To see the link, you have to: - Log into system.
- Then you're logged, press link "My Ads" from User Menu.
- On the right side you should see "Link to my ads: http://www.meatcenter.eu/user/xxxx" (above ads table), there 'xxxx' is your ID.
Copy and send this link to your customers by e-mail. Then they open this link, they can see all your ads.
How to update/change personal information and contacts (profile)To change your personal information and contacs (Profile), you have to: - Log into system.
- Then you're logged, press "Update My Profile" from User Menu. Profile editing form will be opened.
- Make your changes and press "Update".
Ad expirationTo prevent old ads publishing, ad expiration is used. After 14 days then ad was created (or updated), ad expiration e-mail is sent to ad owner. During 7 days ad has to be recalled (1. By clicking hyperlink, provided in e-mail; 2. By manualy updating;). If not, ad will be deleted.
Company catalog FAQ's
How to startIf you want to view listings (companies) you don't need registration. Just browse or use search for viewing listings. If you want to add your own company listing, you have to register.
How to browseYou may browse 2 ways: - Browsing in specific category.
- Browsing in whole catalog using Alpha index.
How to search Where are 2 search possibilities: - Quick search. You can find quick search module at the left column. Enter short text you want so search and select category, in which you want search to be performed.
- Advanced search. Press a link "Advanced search" at the Quick search module. Enter/select search parameters and press search.
How to add a companyIf you want to add a company, you have to: - Log in.
- Open company catalog by pressing "Company catalog" from main menu.
- Select (open) category, to which you want to add your company.
- Press "Add your company here" at the top right corner. "Add company" page will open for you.
- Enter company information and press "submit". If all information is entered correctly, "Preview your company" page will open for you.
- In "Preview your company" you can see what information will be published. There you can subscribe and pai for additional paid functions (more about additional paid functions).
- If you want to edit information, press "Edit". If everything is OK, press "Close".
Administrator will be informed about your company listing and will approve it during 1-2 working days. You will be informed about approval by email. While listing is waiting to be approved, it's not visible.
How to edit company informationIf you want to edit company information, you have to: - Log in.
- Open company catalog by pressing "company catalog" from main menu.
- Find your company in the list. Browse or use search.
- Press "EDIT" near company name. "Edit company information" page will open for you.
- Edit information you need. Press "Submit" to submit information, or "Cancel" if you don't want to submit changed information.
Administrator will be informed about your company listing changes and will approve it during 1-2 working days. You will be informed about approval by email. While listing is waiting to be approved, it's not visible.
How to subscribe additional paid functionsThen adding a new company: - Log in.
- Submit new company info.
- Then redirected to "Preview your company" page, press "press here" near "If you want to subscribe paid functions". Popup page will open for you.
- Select what functions you want to subscribe and perform payment.
- You will be redirected to page, where you will be informed about payment status.
Administrator will be informed about your payment and will approve it during 1-2 working days. Then editing an existing company: - Log in.
- Find your company in the list. Browse or use search.
- Press "EDIT" near company name. "Edit company information" page will open for you.
- Press "press here" near "If you want to subscribe paid functions". Popup page will open for you.
- Select what functions you want to subscribe and perform payment.
- You will be redirected to page, where you will be informed about payment status.
- Press "Cancel" at the "Edit company information" page. If you made any information changes, press "Submit".
Administrator will be informed about your payment and will approve it during 1-2 working days.
